Visually Impaired Peer Support Group is a community where people who are blind or have low vision meet to share experiences, coping strategies, and resources in a safe, understanding environment, reducing isolation and fostering empowerment through shared challenges and successes, often facilitated by peers also with vision loss. Join us every 2nd Friday of the month.

Our Art therapy program for the seniors' trains individuals to use the creative process of artmaking for mental health and emotional well-being, combining art and counseling theories to help seniors resolve issues, manage behaviors, and build self-awareness. These programs involve core coursework in art therapy, psychology, and hours for practical experience.

Our Youth Art Therapy programs use creative expression (like drawing, painting, music, or drama) led by trained professionals to help young people process emotions, reduce stress, build self-esteem, develop coping skills, and improve communication when words fail, often in settings from hospitals to community centers, offering both individual and group support for emotional well-being and personal growth.

Enhance Fitness program is an evidence-based group exercise and falls prevention program designed specifically to improve the overall fitness and well-being of older adults.

Caregiver training classes offer essential skills for professional and family caregivers, covering topics like personal care, dementia, safety, and self-care, with options ranging from in-person workshops to online certifications. Training can lead to certifications (DCW) required for employment. Join us every Thursday at 6 pm.

ASL, or American Sign Language, is a complete visual-gestural language used by Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities in North America, featuring unique grammar and syntax distinct from English, expressed through handshapes, movement, placement, and facial expressions, and while learning basic signs and phrases is achievable, true fluency often takes years, with resources ranging from online courses to local classes available for learners.
