Online and In Person every 2nd Tuesday of the month

Visually Impaired Peer Support Group is a community where people who are blind or have low vision meet to share experiences, coping strategies, and resources in a safe, understanding environment, reducing isolation and fostering empowerment through shared challenges and successes, often facilitated by peers also with vision loss.

Childhood Trauma Support Group

A childhood trauma support group provides a safe, confidential space for survivors (adults or children) and their families to share experiences, gain peer support, learn coping skills, and find hope by connecting with others who understand the lasting impacts of abuse, neglect, or other traumatic events, helping them move toward healing and recovery. These groups are often led by facilitators with shared trauma experiences and focus on validation, reducing isolation, and building resilience.

Veterans Peer Support Group

Senior Art Therapy Classes

Our Art therapy program for the seniors' trains individuals to use the creative process of artmaking for mental health and emotional well-being, combining art and counseling theories to help seniors resolve issues, manage behaviors, and build self-awareness. These programs involve core coursework in art therapy, psychology, and hours for practical experience.
