A childhood trauma support group provides a safe, confidential space for survivors (adults or children) and their families to share experiences, gain peer support, learn coping skills, and find hope by connecting with others who understand the lasting impacts of abuse, neglect, or other traumatic events, helping them move toward healing and recovery. These groups are often led by facilitators with shared trauma experiences and focus on validation, reducing isolation, and building resilience.
